Chuck has successfully led, grown and transformed some of the most well-known consumer and B2B media brands in the country.  He has extensive experience in acquisitions, bi-costal operations, sales, marketing, brand building and content development to reach targeted and mass audiences.

Chuck led the launch and growth of two of the largest magazines in the U.S (AARP and, most recently, Parade) with brand value exceeding $1 billion.  He has expertise with private and non-profit sectors, and print, paper and distribution industries. He has also been on the boards of Magazine Publishers of America (MPA) and World Christian Broadcasting (WCB).  Chuck is based in Nashville, TN.



Chief Financial Officer

In addition to her duties as CFO, Mary is the Treasurer and an AMG/Parade Board Member. She was integrally involved in the acquisitions of the Publishing Group of America (PGOA) print titles American Profile, Relish and Spry Living in 2013, and of Parade Media Group in late 2014. Earlier in her career, she was a key member of the team that conceived of and executed the successful self-distribution strategy of Athlon Sports Special Interest Publications. Mary previously held Accounting Management positions at the Rogers Group, Inc., a building and construction materials company, and Ryder, a transportation company. She has extensive experience in GAAP financial reporting, accounting management and multi-platform financial applications. Mary is based in Nashville, TN.



Executive Vice President
New Ventures and Business Development

Tracey Altman has been EVP at AMG/Parade since September 2014, her second stint with three of the company's brands:  She served as SVP and Group Publisher at Publishing Group of America (PGOA), during the launches of American Profile, Spry Living and Relish, each of which won Hottest Launch honors under her leadership. She joined AMG from Condé Nast, where she developed the shopper marketing strategy for ZipList and Epicurious. Tracey also held the position of SVP/Publisher at Condé Nast’s sister company, Parade, where she launched Dash (also named Hottest Launch) and served as Parade's shopper marketing expert. A former VP Group Publisher at Reader's Digest as well, Tracey is in MIN’s Sales Hall of Fame and was named one of MIN’s Most Intriguing Media Executives in 2014. Tracey is based in New York.




Executive Vice President/Newspaper Relations Group

Dave brings nearly 30 years of experience working with Parade and USA Weekend. Most recently, Dave served as a consultant for AMG/Parade. Prior to that, he headed up the Newspaper Relations Group at Parade Magazine for nearly a decade. Before joining Parade, Barber spent 17 years at USA Weekend, where he served as SVP Newspaper Relations. Previously, Barber held various sales-related positions at United Press International, Sawyer-Ferguson-Walker, and several newspapers in New Jersey. He currently resides in Sewell, NJ with his family.


Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Brand Sales

Amy has been SVP, Group Publisher Integrated Media at AMG/Parade since July 2013. She served 13 years on the sales team at PGOA, beginning as Regional Advertising Director on the 2001 launch of American Profile and eventually earning the title SVP Group Publisher for American ProfileSpry Living and Relish. Amy has strong relationships with key clients across multiple business and advertising categories including entertainment, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods. Amy graduated from the New School For Social Research and has a Masters Degree in Psychology from Fordham University. Amy is based in New York.


Senior Vice President, Chief Content Officer

As SVP/Chief Content Officer of AMG/Parade, Lisa leads content strategy for the entire suite of newspaper-distributed publications and digital properties including, and Lisa is the founding editor of Spry Living, named 2008 Launch of the Year. She served as Executive Editor of Health magazine, and held Senior Editor positions at Cooking Light and Prevention magazines, where her work won several national awards, as well as Lisa has contributed to a variety of books and consumer magazines, including Vogue, Men’s Health, Men’s Journal, Runner’s World, and Readers’ Digest. Her memoir, Secrets of a Former Fat Girl: How to Lose Two, Four (or More!) Dress Sizes—and Find Yourself Along the Way, was published in April 2007 by Hudson Street Press. Lisa is based in Nashville, TN.



Senior Vice President, Direct Response Media

Marie joined AMG/Parade following the acquisition of Parade Media Group in September 2014.  She began her career as a direct marketer, developing marketing strategies for print, direct mail, telemarketing and insert programs for companies such as Scholastic Inc., Meredith Corp. and Doubleday Book & Music Clubs, Inc. After joining Parade in 1990 as a Direct Response Sales Executive, Marie has held several sales management positions during her 25 years with the brand. In addition to managing Direct Response, she has also held responsibilities for Shopper Marketing and is a former VP of New York Sales, Brand and Direct Response. A graduate of Fordham University, Marie is based in New York.




Senior Vice President, Manufacturing and Distribution

A seasoned publishing professional, Tom oversees all production technology, print procurement, manufacturing, paper, and distribution activities for AMG/Parade’s suite of newspaper distributed and newsstand titles. He has an extensive background in magazine and newspaper-distributed magazine production and supporting technologies. Tom joined AMG/Parade in 2015 from Time Out New York. He was VP/Manufacturing at Parademagazine, prior to AMG/Parade’s acquisition of the title, for 11 years. He also previously served as VP/Production at USA Weekend. Tom is based in New York.
